Hudson Technologies has been the leader in refrigerant reclamation for nearly three decades. While this can be measured by the millions of pounds we have reclaimed to AHRI 700 standards, we are most proud of partnering with our customers to reduce the overall environmental impact refrigerants have on our world.
We often refer to the reclamation process as 1lb reclaimed is 1lb not made. This fundamental belief is a shift towards a circular economy and more sustainable means of refrigerant use and management. Our commitment to reclaiming, recertifying, and reusing refrigerants reduces waste, and greenhouse gas emissions and creates maximum economic value for used refrigerants. Our proprietary and unique reclamation technology helps us recover refrigerants faster and more efficiently expending less energy and reclaiming more refrigerant than other equipment and processes.
Hudson Technologies is EPA-certified and is the largest refrigerant reclaimer in the nation. We operate multiple state-of-the-art reclamation facilities throughout the nation and we have two laboratories certified by the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). In addition, all our reclaimed refrigerants undergo strict quality control inspections to ensure that they meet or exceed ARI 700 standards for purity.
Through recovery and reclamation, Hudson has ensured that millions of pounds of refrigerant have been reclaimed to AHRI standards, thereby supporting the circular economy. Reclamation enables recovered refrigerant to be reused and has reduced the impact of new refrigerant production on the environment. We can provide detailed purity and recovered refrigerant weight reports, which demonstrate the measurable and verifiable environmentally sustainable actions undertake by your business. A commitment to environmental stewardship is one of our founding principles, and core to Hudson’s reclaim programs.
